Kathy Herald-Marlowe is a consultant  to senior management focusing on leadership, performance excellence, and innovation.

    Her clients include high technology and consumer products organizations. She uses a systemic approach to creating change with her clients by building leadership and team based systems combined with strategy development and executive coaching.                        

Kathy pioneered work in systems innovation for Research and Development Organizations to create breakthrough results. Focusing on the front end of innovation, she has, with colleagues, published a Concept Development Model and assessment tool that has been widely used in a number of Fortune 100 companies to dramatically improve their research process.

   Kathy received a presidential appointment to the Panel of Judges for the Baldrige National Quality Award in 1998 and served as the Chair for 1999 and 2000. From 2001 to 2006, she served as the Chair of the Panel of Judges for the New Jersey Governors Award. She has lectured around the United States and Europe on the use of quality systems and innovation best practices  to create organization excellence. 

  She spent 10 years with AT&T and 20 years with ExxonMobil in a variety of key leadership positions focused on creating innovative and high performing organizations. Kathy holds an MBA from Harvard University.
